Why QuickExtract

A good lead list takes more than a scraper.

Collecting names is the easy part. QuickExtract also finds each company's website, reads its contact and about pages, decodes hidden addresses, and ranks the inbox most likely to reach a person. Every row lands in a group you can filter, name and export.

Sources

Four places your leads already are.

Each source has its own page in the dashboard, its own guided tour, and the same email finder behind it.

Sales Navigator · Bulk lead scrape

Scrape a Sales Navigator search, up to 2,500 leads at a time.

Run your lead search in Sales Navigator, copy the URL, and paste it into QuickExtract. Pick how many records you want and which group they go into, then press Scrape. It works through your own signed-in session, and no LinkedIn tab has to stay open.

  • Name, job title and company for every lead, with a link back to the Sales Navigator profile.
  • Company websites filled in automatically, then crawled for a company email.
  • No duplicates. Scrape the same search again and existing leads are updated, not copied.
  • Cancel any time and keep every lead collected so far.

Google Maps · Background run

Type what you want in plain English. Get businesses with emails.

Write one search per line, such as find 100 plumber emails in Austin. The number sets how many businesses to collect, up to 120 per search. A Google Maps tab works through each line, scrolls the full results list, then crawls every website it found for emails.

  • Name, website, phone, address, category, rating and the Maps link for each business.
  • Missing websites recovered. It opens place pages to fill in websites, phone numbers and addresses the results list left out.
  • Stack searches. Different cities or trades go in one run, each on its own line.
  • Keeps going after you close the dashboard, with a live “running” marker when you come back.

Product Hunt · Launch day scrape

Every Product Hunt launch, day by day, with the makers behind it.

Pick a date range of up to 62 days and how many launches to take from each day, up to 200. QuickExtract reads each daily leaderboard in a pinned tab that keeps running even if you close the dashboard, and shows the time left as it goes.

  • The launch: name, tagline, description, topics, upvotes, comments, pricing, launch date and website.
  • The people: every maker and the hunter, with profile, headline, LinkedIn and X links.
  • The product's own links to X, LinkedIn and GitHub.
  • Email from the product's website first, then any email the maker lists publicly.

Websites · URL crawl

Paste up to 1,000 websites. Get the emails on them.

Drop in a list of sites, one per line, and press “Find emails on these sites”. Turn on Go slow for sites that block fast visits, and QuickExtract waits five seconds between each one. You get one row per domain, with every email from that domain merged in.

  • Right-click any page to extract its emails, or crawl every outside link on it. That second option turns a directory or a “top 50” list into leads.
  • Collect while you browse. Switch on autosave and every page you visit is scanned for emails. LinkedIn is always skipped.
  • Right-click on Google Maps or Search to scan the results you're looking at, or load more Maps results.

Email finder

How QuickExtract picks the email.

Every source feeds the same engine. It visits the company's site the way a person would, one page at a time, and keeps the address most likely to reach someone.

Where it looks

The homepage, then up to eight more pages where companies list contacts.

contactaboutteamcompanysupporthelpimpressumkontaktprivacylegal

What it decodes

Addresses written to dodge scrapers still get read.

name [at] site [dot] comname(at)site.comname@site.commailto: links

How it ranks

Emails on the company's own domain come first. Personal addresses beat shared inboxes. When it knows a founder's name, matching patterns like jane.doe@ or jdoe@ win. Among shared inboxes, founders, CEO and hello rank above legal, privacy and abuse.

What it drops

Image file names that look like emails, no-reply and placeholder addresses, and anything on your excluded domains list, such as gmail.com or linkedin.com.

3 sites at a time, or 1 at a time with a pause between each in slow mode. 10-second limit per page.

What's free

Every email we find in public is yours, free.

Extraction costs nothing. So does every company inbox, like contact@ or hello@, and any email a business or maker publishes. You only pay for a specific person's work email, and only when a valid, verified one is found.

Verification

100% verified, in real time. Not from a database.

QuickExtract doesn't sell emails from a stored contact database. Every paid person email is found and verified live, at the moment you ask for it, through three passes, including catch-all domains that many verifiers can only mark “unknown”. You get verified emails only, and you pay only for those.

1Pass one

Format and domain

The address is well formed, and its domain exists and is set up to receive email.

2Pass two

Mailbox

The mail server confirms that this exact mailbox exists and accepts mail.

3Pass three

Catch-all

Some domains accept every address, so a normal check can't tell real from fake. These get a dedicated catch-all verification.

✓Result

Valid emails only

An email that fails any pass is dropped. You receive and pay for valid emails only. Everything else stays free.

Contact databases
  • Emails collected weeks or months before you search
  • People change jobs, so stored addresses go stale
  • Checked when they were stored, not necessarily when you buy them
QuickExtract, in real time
  • Found when you ask, from the person's name and company website
  • Verified live at that moment: format and domain, mailbox, catch-all
  • 100% of the emails you pay for are verified. No stored database

Compare

The lowest price for verified emails.

We compared QuickExtract with 20 lead scrapers and email finders using their own pricing pages. $29 for 2,000 verified emails is the lowest one-month price of all of them, with no subscription, and extraction and company emails stay free.

Workspace

Every lead, sorted and ready to use.

The four source pages share one set of tools for finding, organizing and cleaning up what you collected.

Groups

Every run lands in a group, named for you or chosen by you. Add or remove selected rows, rename groups, or delete one without losing its leads.

Search and filters

Switch between All, With email and No email. Search names, domains, phone numbers and emails. Sort by newest, name, company or domain.

Select everything that matches

Select-all covers every matching row, not just the ones on screen. Find emails, export, group or remove them in one step.

Excluded domains

Free mail and big platforms are skipped and hidden. Edit the list on each page.

First names for personalizing

john.smith@ becomes John Smith. Shared inboxes like info@ get no name, so {{firstName|there}} reads “there”.

Photos and logos kept

Profile photos, company logos, place photos and product thumbnails are saved with your account, so your tables don't break when links expire.

Integrations

Send leads to Quickprosp, or download them for your CRM.

Connect your Quickprosp account and send leads straight into lists, campaigns and automations. For HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any other tool, download your data as a CSV with 37 columns and import it.

  • Quickprosp, built in. Each run lands in its own list, and leads already sent are skipped.
  • Your CRM, by CSV. Plain column names map straight to CRM fields.
  • Emails only? Export a TXT, or copy them to your clipboard.

FAQ

Everything you need to know about QuickExtract.

What is QuickExtract?

A Chrome extension that collects leads from Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Product Hunt and any website, finds a company email for each one, and keeps them in a dashboard you can filter, group and export.

Do I need to keep the dashboard open while it runs?

No. Google Maps and Product Hunt runs keep going in their own tab after you close the dashboard, and Sales Navigator scrapes don't need a LinkedIn tab open at all. Clicking the toolbar icon brings the dashboard back.

Which emails does it find?

For free, every email published on a company's website and its contact, about and team pages, plus any email a Product Hunt maker lists publicly. If you need a specific person's work email, you can add verified person emails at $29 for 2,000.

Which browser does it run in?

Google Chrome. After you install it, the toolbar icon opens the QuickExtract dashboard in a tab, and a QuickExtract entry is added to the right-click menu.
