Everything you need to know about QuickExtract.
Answers about the extension, each lead source, how emails are found, what's free, and your account.
General
What is QuickExtract?
A Chrome extension that collects leads from Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Product Hunt and any website, finds a company email for each one, and keeps them in a dashboard you can filter, group and export.
Which browser does it run in?
Google Chrome. After you install it, the toolbar icon opens the QuickExtract dashboard in a tab, and a QuickExtract entry is added to the right-click menu.
Do I need to keep the dashboard open?
No. Google Maps and Product Hunt runs keep going in their own tab after you close the dashboard, and Sales Navigator scrapes don't need a LinkedIn tab open at all.
Is there a tutorial?
Each source page has a step-by-step guided tour you can replay, and the dashboard has a How it works page that explains every feature.
Pricing
Is extraction free?
Yes. Extracting leads from all four sources is free.
Which emails are free?
Every company email, such as contact@, hello@, info@ and sales@, and every email that is publicly available on a website, a contact or team page, or a maker's profile.
What do I pay for?
Only valid, verified B2B person emails that are found: the work email of a specific person at a company. They cost $29 for 2,000, about 1.45 cents each, and less in bigger packs: down to $499 for 100,000.
Do I pay if no email is found?
No. A credit is used only when a valid, verified email is found.
How are paid emails verified?
In real time, at the moment you request them, and three times: format and domain, mailbox, and a dedicated catch-all check for domains that accept every address. Emails that fail any pass are dropped, so you only get verified emails.
Do the emails come from a database?
No. QuickExtract doesn't sell emails from a stored contact database, where addresses can be months old. Each person email is found and verified in real time when you request it, so 100% of the emails you pay for are verified at that moment.
Can I buy more than 2,000?
Yes. Packs go from 2,000 for $29 up to 100,000 for $499, and bigger packs cost less per email. The price calculator shows the total.
Sources
Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?
Yes. QuickExtract scrapes searches you run in your own Sales Navigator account, through your signed-in session. Each scrape takes up to 2,500 leads.
How many Google Maps results can I collect?
Up to 120 businesses per search line. Add more lines for more cities or trades in the same run.
How far back can I go on Product Hunt?
Any range of up to 62 days per run, with up to 200 launches per day.
How many websites can I crawl at once?
Up to 1,000 URLs per list. You can also crawl every outside link on a page with the right-click menu.
Does autosave read LinkedIn pages?
No. LinkedIn is always excluded from autosave while you browse.
Finding emails
Where does QuickExtract look for emails?
On the company's homepage, then up to eight more pages such as contact, about, team, company, support, help, impressum, kontakt, privacy and legal.
Can it read hidden emails?
Yes. It decodes addresses written as “name [at] site [dot] com”, “(at)”, HTML-encoded @ signs and mailto links.
How does it choose between several emails?
Emails on the company's own domain come first, and personal addresses beat shared inboxes. If it knows a founder's name, matching patterns win. Among shared inboxes, founders, CEO and hello rank above legal, privacy and abuse.
What if a site blocks fast visits?
Turn on Go slow. QuickExtract then visits one site at a time with a pause between each.
Can I hide Gmail and other free-mail addresses?
Yes. Each page has an excluded domains list. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, LinkedIn and similar domains are on it by default.
Data and account
Where is my data stored?
In your QuickExtract account on the server. Leads, groups, images and settings follow your login rather than living in one browser.
Will I get duplicates?
Sales Navigator leads are matched by LinkedIn ID, so scraping again updates them. Website crawls keep one row per domain and merge new emails into it.
Which export formats are there?
CSV with 37 columns, TXT with one email per line, and copy to clipboard.
Can I send leads to my CRM?
Yes. Quickprosp is built in: save leads to lists, add them to campaigns or enroll them in automations. For HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and other CRMs, download your data as CSV and import it. See Integrations.
How long do I stay signed in?
Seven days. Passwords are hashed, and you can change yours from the Profile page.
Ready to build your first list?
Extraction and company emails are free.
