Everything QuickExtract does, in one place.
Four lead sources, an email finder that reads sites the way a person would, verified person emails when you need them, and a workspace to sort and export it all. Here is every feature and how it works.
Four places your leads already are.
Each source has its own page in the dashboard, its own guided tour, and the same email finder behind it. Extraction from every source is free.
Sales Navigator
Paste a people-search URL and collect up to 2,500 leads with name, title, company, website, profile link and company email.
Sales Navigator scraper Background runGoogle Maps
Type searches in plain English, up to 120 businesses per line, with website, phone, address, category, rating and email.
Google Maps scraper Launch day scrapeProduct Hunt
Read up to 62 days of launches, with product details, every maker and hunter, their links, and the best email.
Product Hunt scraper URL crawlWebsites
Crawl up to 1,000 sites, every link on a directory page, or each page you visit, with one row per domain.
Website email finderHow QuickExtract picks the email.
Every source feeds the same engine. It visits the company's site the way a person would, one page at a time, and keeps the address most likely to reach someone.
Where it looks
The homepage, then up to eight more pages where companies list contacts.
What it decodes
Addresses written to dodge scrapers still get read.
How it ranks
Emails on the company's own domain come first. Personal addresses beat shared inboxes. When it knows a founder's name, matching patterns like jane.doe@ or jdoe@ win. Among shared inboxes, founders, CEO and hello rank above legal, privacy and abuse.
What it drops
Image file names that look like emails, no-reply and placeholder addresses, and anything on your excluded domains list, such as gmail.com or linkedin.com.
3 sites at a time, or 1 at a time with a pause between each in slow mode. 10-second limit per page.
Run “Find company email” on any selection, with a progress bar, time left and a Cancel button.
Verified person emails.
Company inboxes are great for small businesses. For B2B, you often need the person. Verified person emails find the work email of a specific, named lead. Each one is found and verified in real time, not pulled from a stored database. It's verified three times, catch-all included, and you pay only when a valid one is found.
- For leads with a name and a company website, such as Sales Navigator leads and Product Hunt makers.
- 100% verified, in real time. Format and domain, mailbox, and catch-all, checked live when you ask. No stored database.
- Pay only for valid emails found. No valid email, no charge.
- About 1.45¢ each. One-time packs from 2,000 for $29 to 100,000 for $499.
- Public emails stay free, even when they belong to a person.
Every lead, sorted and ready to use.
All four source pages share the same tools for finding, organizing and cleaning up what you collected.
Groups for every run
Each run lands in a group, named for you (like “Google Maps · plumbers in Austin”) or chosen by you. Create groups, add or remove selected rows, rename them, or delete a group without losing its leads.
Source groups, automatically
Rows are also tagged by where they came from, so you can always filter by source.
Email tabs
Switch between All, With email and No email, each with a live count, to see what still needs work.
Search that knows the source
Search names and emails everywhere, plus company on Sales Navigator, phone and address on Maps, tagline and makers on Product Hunt, and URL on websites.
Sort and filter
Sort by newest or name, plus company on Sales Navigator and domain on websites. Filter by group, and by company on Sales Navigator.
Select every match
Select-all covers every row that matches your filters, not just the 50 on screen. Find emails, export, group or remove in one step.
Excluded domains
Free mail and big platforms are skipped when collecting and hidden in tables. Edit the list on each page.
First names for personalizing
john.smith@ becomes John Smith. Shared inboxes like info@ get no name, so {{firstName|there}} reads “there”.
Photos and logos kept
Profile photos, company logos, place photos, product thumbnails and site icons are saved with your account, up to 2 MB each.
Start a run, then get on with your day.
Close the dashboard
Google Maps and Product Hunt runs keep going in their own tab. Sales Navigator scrapes don't need a LinkedIn tab at all.
See it at a glance
A “running” marker shows in the sidebar, and the toolbar icon shows a badge for right-click actions: working, done or error.
Human pace
Pauses between requests and one-site-at-a-time email searches keep runs gentle on the sites you visit.
Safe on sign-out
If the signed-in account changes, any run in progress stops, so leads never land in the wrong account.
QuickExtract on every page.

- Scan Google Maps / Search results reads the businesses on screen.
- Load more Maps results scrolls the Maps results list for you.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and more import the 37-column CSV.
Three ways out, 37 columns deep.
Export CSV writes a UTF-8 file that opens cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets. Export TXT gives you one email per line. Copy emails puts them on your clipboard.
