Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use QuickExtract, a product of Quickprosp Pvt Ltd. Please read them before you install the extension or create an account.
1. About these terms
QuickExtract (the “Service”) includes the QuickExtract Chrome extension, its dashboard, this website and the related servers and APIs. The Service is operated by Quickprosp Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (“Quickprosp”, “we”, “us”).
By installing the extension, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company, and “you” includes it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at our support address if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Using QuickExtract
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service under these terms.
QuickExtract works inside your own browser. When you use a source such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps or Product Hunt, it reads pages and results through your own session on that site. You are responsible for having a valid account where a site requires one, such as a Sales Navigator subscription, and for following that site's terms of use.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it, and you may not remove our notices or branding.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages in breach of anti-spam laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, India's Information Technology Act, 2000, and similar laws where your recipients live;
- collect or use personal data in breach of data protection laws, such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or the EU and UK GDPR;
- harass, defraud, impersonate or harm any person;
- overload, disrupt or attack any website, including by bypassing the pacing built into the Service;
- sell or publish raw lists of personal data collected through the Service where that is not lawful;
- break any law or any third party's rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Leads you collect
You decide which searches to run, which leads to keep and how to contact them. For that data you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, for honouring opt-out and deletion requests from the people you contact, and for how you send your messages.
We store your leads so that we can provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete leads from your dashboard at any time.
6. Free features and credits
Free. Extracting leads from every supported source is free. So is every company email the Service finds, such as contact@ or hello@ addresses, and every email that is publicly available, for example on a website, a contact or team page, or a public profile.
Paid. Verified B2B person emails, meaning the work email of a specific named person at a company, are sold as credits. The current price is USD 29 for 2,000 credits. One credit is used for each valid, verified person email that is found and delivered to you. No credit is used when no valid email is found.
Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required, including GST in India. We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect credits you have already bought.
7. Email verification
Every paid person email is verified three times before it is delivered: a format and domain check, a mailbox check, and a dedicated catch-all check for domains that accept every address. Emails that fail any check are not delivered and are not charged.
Mailboxes can change after we verify them, for example when someone leaves a company, so we can't guarantee that every future message will be delivered or answered.
8. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store your full card details.
If you're not satisfied with a credit pack, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the credits you haven't used. Credits that have been used for valid emails delivered to you are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If we can't provide the Service because of a fault on our side, we will refund unused credits.
9. Third-party services
The Service works with websites and services we don't control, including LinkedIn, Google Maps, Product Hunt and the websites you crawl. They may change or limit access at any time, which can affect what the Service can collect. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Product Hunt and Chrome are trademarks of their owners. QuickExtract is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
10. Changes to the service
We keep improving QuickExtract. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature, we will refund the credits you haven't used for it.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. To delete your account and its data, email us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections 5, 8 and 12 to 14 continue after your use ends.
12. Disclaimers
Apart from the commitments in these terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data collected from public sources may be incomplete or out of date.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quickprosp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to compensate Quickprosp for claims and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or of the law, including how you use data collected through the Service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the Service. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
