From extracted lead to running campaign.

Send leads from QuickExtract straight into Quickprosp lists, campaigns and automations, with no CSV in between. Every other tool you use can take a CSV, a TXT of emails, or a paste from your clipboard.

Example. Each extraction run lands in its own Quickprosp list.

Quickprosp

Connect once, then send leads in one click.

QuickExtract and Quickprosp are built by the same team at Quickprosp Pvt Ltd, so leads move between them without exports, imports or column mapping.

  1. Connect your account

Paste your Quickprosp API key into QuickExtract's settings. Your organisation and default list are remembered.

  2. Pick your leads

Select rows, or select every match for your filters. Leads with an email are sent. Leads you've already sent are skipped.

  3. Choose where they go

Save them to Quickprosp lists, add a lead to a campaign, or enroll them in an automation from its first step.

  4. Start your outreach

Your contacts arrive in Quickprosp with their name, company, website and email, ready for sequences.

What you can do

Three ways leads land in Quickprosp.

Save to lists

Send hundreds of leads at once. Each extraction run gets its own list, so “Google Maps · plumbers in Austin” stays separate from “Product Hunt · Oct 6”.

Add to campaigns

Choose one of your Quickprosp campaigns and add a lead to it. The contact is created first if it doesn't exist yet.

Enroll in automations

Drop a lead into an automation and it starts from step one, so follow-ups run without you.

Your CRM and tools

Integrate with your CRM. Download your data as CSV.

Download any list as a CSV with 37 columns, a TXT with one email per line, or copy emails to your clipboard. Your CRM, sending tool or spreadsheet can import it in a minute.

  1. Filter your list

Pick a group, switch to With email, and select the rows you want, or every match.

  2. Download the CSV

Choose Export CSV. The file is named for what's inside, like google-maps-100-businesses.csv.

  3. Import into your CRM

Upload it as contacts or leads in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any tool with a CSV import.

  4. Map the columns

Columns have plain names, such as First name, Email, Website, Phone and Company LinkedIn, so they match fields quickly.

Import the CSV as contacts or leads. Website, company, phone and first name come with every row.

Upload the CSV, or a TXT of emails, and use the first-name column for personalization.

Spreadsheets and databases

The CSV is UTF-8 and opens cleanly in Excel, so names and accents look right.

Quickprosp is a native integration. Other tools work through CSV, TXT or clipboard export. Product names are trademarks of their owners.

FAQ

Integration questions.

Do I need a Quickprosp account?

Only for the native integration. Everything else in QuickExtract, including export to CSV, works without one.

Which leads get sent to Quickprosp?

Selected leads that have an email and haven't been sent before. Leads without an email stay in QuickExtract until one is found.

Will I get duplicate contacts in Quickprosp?

No. Leads already sent are skipped, and a contact that already exists is reused when you add it to a campaign or automation.
