Sales Navigator to Salesforce.
Export your Sales Navigator leads as a CSV and load them into Salesforce as leads or contacts with the Data Import Wizard.
The CSV has no separate last-name column. Business holds the company, Category holds the job title, and Place URL holds the Sales Navigator profile link.
Sales Navigator to Salesforce in four steps.
Paste a Sales Navigator search URL, choose up to 2,500 records and a group, and press Scrape.
Collect
Collect leads on the Sales Navigator page of your dashboard.
Filter and select
Filter and select the rows you want, then choose Menus → Export CSV.
Export the CSV
In Salesforce Setup, open the Data Import Wizard and choose Leads (or Accounts and Contacts).
Import
Upload the CSV, map the fields, and start the import.

Get a clean import.
Last Name is required
Salesforce leads need a Last Name and Company. Add a Last Name column in Excel or Sheets before importing if your rows don't have one.
Use lead source
Set Lead Source to “QuickExtract” during import to track results.
Avoid duplicates
Turn on matching by email in the wizard so existing leads update instead of duplicating.
